Dashboard Overview walkthrough
View the Dashboard Summary — at the top of the dashboard you can quickly see the main system statistics: Total Trainings, Participants, Certificates, Trainees, and Trainers. These figures automatically update according to the selected filters.
Select the Date Range — use the date filter at the top-right of the dashboard to choose the period you want to review, such as the last 30 days or another available period. The dashboard data and charts will update accordingly.
Filter by Entity — use the Entity filter to view information for all entities or select a specific company/entity, focusing the dashboard statistics on a particular organization.
Refresh the Dashboard — use the Refresh button beside the Dashboard Overview title to reload the latest available data.
Review the Monthly Comparison — the Monthly Comparison chart gives a visual comparison of activity across different months. Move the cursor over the chart to view additional details for each month.
Check Compliance Health — the Compliance Health section provides a quick percentage-based overview of the current compliance status, including the number of valid or expired records where applicable.
Review Activity Volume — scroll further down to view the Activity Volume section, which shows system activity over the selected period and helps identify increases or decreases in activity.
Use Filters for More Specific Reporting — combine the date range and entity filters to review specific periods or organizations. All dashboard statistics and visual reports will adjust based on your selections.
The dashboard is designed to give users a quick overview of training performance, participation, certification, activity, and compliance from one screen.
